Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
If someone was spamming mic or text I would start with a verbal warning and informing them of what they have done wrong. If they would continue these actions I would gag/mute them and depending on the actions a warn.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
If I caught and had solid proof someone was exploiting I would either issue them a verbal warn OR a warn depending on the level of exploit. If after the verbal warn/warn they went back to using the exploit I would step up the punishment.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is the action of a dead player OR a spectator giving away the murderer/location of alive players for the murderers sake. EXAMPLE - Luki was the murderer and Xnator was telling Luki all the locations of alive players so Luki could hunt down and murder the remaining players.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Since I have started playing murder I have taken a great liking to it and would like to take part in helping out the server as a staff member. I have been a staff member on SSRP before holding the rank of admin so I have experience in working in this job role and talking to players respectfully when in situations. I have noticed over the time I have been playing murder the lack of staff members and I am keen to help out as a moderator on murder. Being at zarp for a long time I understand and can help out players understanding rules/getting content or applying for staff themselves. Over the past couple weeks (ironically since I have started playing murder) I have bucked my ideas up and am slowly reforming. Thank you very much for reading, I hope you chose to accept me on board of the murder staff team so I can help out players daily.
