Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

RDM means when player X kills player Y without a valid role play reason. Example, player X is mining, and player Y comes up and kills player X. Player X did not have a hit on them, and therefore player Y broke the random death match rule.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:

New Life Rule applies when player X dies. After death player X cannot return or interact with the specific district that they died in for the full 3 minutes of the NLR timer. Example, player X raided disco base on S2 in disco district and died. Player X cannot return or interact to with the disco district. If player X does return to disco district within 3 minutes, then they are breaking the NLR rule.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

First thing I would do would be sure there was a F1 created, if there hasn't been one then I will tell the player to create one so they can be assisted by staff. After assuring there is proper F1 created I would then teleport to player X, and ask them if I can teleport them to a private area to speak about the issue. I would speak to player X, and then repeat the process with player Y. If player Y admits to RDM'ing player X then player Y would receive a warn/verbal warning depending on attitude and recent punishments. If player Y will not admit to RDM'ing player X then I would check logs if available, and if they aren't available I would request proof, such as a video from player X.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

First off I would verify a proper F1 was made, or tell the user to create one. After accepting the F1 I would teleport player X and Y to a private location. I would tell both player X and Y why they were teleported and ask each of them their sides of the story. If both sides claim that they did nothing wrong, I would require that they provide proof to me on the situation. If no evidence was provided then I would not be able to punish, and would simply remind both of them the rules of NLR. If someone can provide proof then they would be warned/verbally warned accordingly. Both players would then be teleported back to their original locations.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I believe I should be chosen to fill a SSRP moderator position because I am a very active player on ZARP SSRP servers, and would like to help make the community a better place. I have seen F1's get backed up on a regular basis especially during peak times in my time zone when fewer players on since this is a EU based community. I would like to help out with this problem because it will improve the playing experience for others. All in all I believe its time to move onto the next level in the community to continue to keep it moving forward. I really appreciate the consideration and thank you for your time! [/center]
