Leadership
Ok to start off with before I got granted my rank as Super admin i showed leadership by having great influence during the meetings and being a great role model for future staff. Since i got the rank Super Admin I have been ensuring that all staff online are out doing their job by completing f1's and having a presentable attitude towards the community.
Personality:
This is easily done for me since when I join a server I ask in admin chat hows everyones day been (This is to make the staff feel like they are apart of a team rather than just them doing a job) and then ask if anyone requires assistance with any situations they have encountered. Since my personality is rather friendly people will see me as a friend they can come to if they have questions rather than just someone who can help which makes staff feel more comfortable.
Trust
I have been trusted from user to Super Admin. This is shown by me not having any reports against me (Apart from when I first became admin) and me having a good reputation within the community (by this I mean me not backstabbing people). I have also not had any official warnings since I have been staff. I was also murder staff in the act but resigned to focus more on SSRP. The shows I'm capable of being trusted across the community.
Training
Since the start of my role of Super Admin I have been training both Moderators and Administrators to a high standard so they know how to handle multiple different situations. I personally love training new staff so much that I have gone out of my way and created my own training template so they are always trained to a high standard and nothing is missed out to ensure they are as ready as they can be. I have a good reputation of training people that a lot of staff members actually message me over steam asking if they can be trained by me since I have a high standard. I believe If I was given the chance of training new Lead Team members I would stick to my high standards and reputation of training effectively.
Experience
When it comes to experience on SSRP I have a lot of it. By this I mean I have been staff for over 8months now and with that I have encountered numerous of situations which require more time and effort put into them to ensure the correct person is properly warned. For example I have had to work with a situation of a 'backstab' which involved a rule break (job abuse) and I had to get the CM's logs to ensure that the person did in fact rule break. I have also had to work around staff members purposely break rules and abuse their powers to gain an advantage over users. Ive managed to deal with these situations effectively and efficiently to ensure the situation would not occur again. Although I'm normally efficient when it comes to dealing with situations I also try to take my time to ensure the correct punishment is handed out.
Staff reports:
I have been handling staff reports as much as I can. In game as well as forums. For example in game i got notice of an admin no clipping into peoples bases and 'raiding' them. I took this matter seriously and spectated the staff instantly and caught him in the act multiple times, and then me, AceInsidious and Para decided to emergency demote him until he was later fully demoted. I have also handled numerous of reports and handled them appropriately and made sure the right outcome was in place as you can see
here.
Hackers:
People who hack have been in this community for-ever now and it isn't a strange thing to catch them. However since I have gotten the rank Super Admin I have caught many hackers from either working by myself and catching a visual or if they seem to be using a more advanced hack I have worked with fellow staff to help catch them out and then deal with them effectively.
Active
When it comes to being active I would say I'm one of the most active Lead Team members in my time zone which is important since if they're aren't any Lead Team on staff could be abusing their powers and it could be a while before it is dealt with. Not only that but since my time as Super Admin I have encountered numerous of hackers and assisted other Lead Team into catching them from using my knowledge. I am active across all three platforms (Forums, Ingame and Team-speak). Being active over teamspeak is extremely useful since it is a easy way of contacting a Lead Team member if you don't have them on steam.
Dedication
Overall ever since I joined the community Almost two years ago I shortly decided that i wanted to staff the server to the best I could. Since I joined the staff team I have never felt the need to resign or go for an extensive amount of inactivity. This is because I enjoy staffing the server and I'm dedicated to doing so even if personal matters occur I try my best to do what I can do with the time I have. I have been a staff member for over 8 months now and I am as dedicated to doing my staffing jobs as I was when I first joined.
My aims as Head Admin
As Head Admin I would then have the ability to detect Citizen Hack (using the steam overlay) which is highly needed since when I'm on in the early mornings there aren't any other Head Admins online since there aren't many/if any active Head Admins that are in the UTC 0 timezone which lets people get away with using the hack (although I do let people know in the WhatsApp and over steam that the player is suspected of Citizen Hack).
I would also be able to over rule punishments given out that
are valid but are either excessive or un-needed and would be more beneficial to be given a different punishment or just speak to the user/staff.
I would also be able to spot abusing staff quicker (Since I would be able to spot if people are being spectated) which would in the end prevent abuse before it happens.
