Random Death Match also known as "RDM" is when a user kills another user with no RP reason for example: User A walks up to user B and says "you are ugly" and kills him that would be an example of rdm. There are many other examples of this and how Random Death Match can be portrayed.

This shows you have a great understanding of The RDM rule

New Life Rule also known as "NLR" is when a user gets killed in a district and returns to the same district within the time located at the top of their screen when a user dies they should forget about their "previous life" for example: User A is raiding at the fountain district and gets killed he then returns to the same base they was raiding immediately.

You have a great understanding on NLR, That is good.

I would check the time and districts using the logs and then if none of the users can provide valid evidence i would return them both and keep watching the suspected rdmer, I would also keep an eye out on the person who made the report to see if he is provoking the other user to rdm them.

Causing damage to a user for no reason is enough for RDM

Warnings
Your last punishment was a ban, I see you have a history of disrespecting and I also saw your attitude on the forums in the past, Although I am sensing a change, let's keep the rap sheet clean from now on and I'd like you to maintain the current change in attitude you are portraying.

Conclusion
Your activity is amazing, keep it up. If not for your past this would be an easy support but the fact that you have changed so recently makes me nervous if you can maintain a staff position, and if possibly you may need some more time, Lets just see until the end of the week and I will have my vote in the meeting.

I'm recognising your change, my worry is you maintaining it, if you do get staff for example and its turns out you were not able to maintain a good attitude it will affect the users which will be a serious problem, so as I said, for me personally I'll decide by the end of the week for my vote.
