Thank you mix3rz for your input i undersand what you are saying however i feel like i am ready for this and i willimprove on standing out more and getting more noticed by the lead team thank you for your opinion!

Personally I think the biggest things you can work on are your forum presence and management.

I've really only seen you actively doing appeals and reports when you put an SA application up, you do them every now and then before then but not actively, as you can see from the criticism on the application itself.

A great quality of a potential lead team member is the ability to manage staff members, I don't really see that from you like I have when I was a lead team member and looking for possible candidates.

I'd work on your consistency of using your powers to the best of your ability the majority of the time, and also I'd want to see that quality that potential future SA's have.

Other than that you're doing a good job, but I'd apply again next time and in the meantime just work on the consistency of your job.

Thank you Morgan for your input and opinion and as i state i am working on my consistency however i do feel like i do use my powers to the best and i use them correctly maybe you just don't see it sometimes how ever thank you for notifying me on what you feel i need improvements on

Raiftser you are indeed a very good candidate as you show trust towards the community with your SA rank for Surf and the other servers you staff on. You work very hard on those servers which shows great dedication for SSRP showing that you are compatable for this rank. You also show a fair amount of presense on the forums also so I think you might possibly be close to getting this position! Good luck!

Not going to lie but you do a good job as Administrator and with your other ranks around the community but I feel you don't stand out as Super Administrator to me as I don't see you helping other staff as much as others.

Sally I do help staff in game when it is needed you are just probably not on at the times in which i help others. I even ask in admin chat if people need help every so often but i don't think you see this either. I just wanted to let you know cuz you may not see it but i am doing it.

I'm still confused about the whole appeals and reports thing, I was told that your reason to Onion for not handling any was that they usually get handled before you can do them. Just wanting clarification to clear this up.

No i told onion that i do try to do them but i am most likely to late to get them as yourself and others are getting them. i have recently been keeping an eye on hem more and being on the forums a lot more due to the fact that i need to improve on them so i have been. i told onion it was hard to get them not that i couldnt do them. Although i can see how you may have been confused

There's been a lot of situations where appeals haven't been dealt with, there's ones needing doing, and as Forum Staff and SSRP Admin I'd of figured you'd been able to do a lot more Appeals and more on the forums in general in the 2 months, 3 week weeks, you've been Administrator for.

In these past 3 months roughly you've been admin, you've responded to around 41 of these appeals.

Fast Forward to the past week, within the past time since the SSRP Super Admin applications opened, you've responded to 25% of your total history in the appeals section since Administrator.

That seems like a much more exerted effort into actually doing these appeals than just a simple:

I do believe while it is good your forum presence has "increased" it seems to be only when it's convenient and that means when the applications open up.

I think you're a great person, and you're a really hard worker. You're always quick to remind everyone to do the F1's when they build up, and sometimes we need that crack of the whip - even if some people won't respect it. I wouldn't worry so much about the forums thing, that's something we build over time, and y'know, I think you handle it pretty well, all fairness. Power to you, Raif. You're a great candidate.
