Ah, Keith Cozart

Where do I begin?
You and I have been friends for a substantially long time now, all the way back to evil melon in which I first learned your uniqueness has a staff member.
Your ability to keep spirits lifted without even raising a touch of sweat from your pours. It was phenomenal.
This is when you were a Super Administrator, only one week later you had managed to become a Head Administrator of ZarpGaming. The quickest promotion to date I believe which is quite something and it was fully deserving.
Not only was I glad and delighted to see such an outstanding individual such as yourself rise to a powerful position but I was amazed to see how well you handled the position. You handled it with the up most professionalism and the pristine type of maturity needed for such a position.
Later you applied for the Community Manager position, as I'm sure you could imagine I was delighted to see such a deserving person applying for the position. And as any deserving person, you claimed the position of Community Manager. You did not only execute the duties of this rank outstandingly you also managed to shape a part of Zarp you also had a tremendous impact on how it is today and created an image for other Staff Members to follow. For that, I thank you.

Keith, you are fully deserving of this position and I know you will make use of it that non could compare to.

I know you haven't got to your first meeting yet but you held the community manager position at one point so it's safe enough to say you would know what you're doing in this position.

Even though I love you and your ways of being back in the Lead Team and I would give you it if I could however you did just get Admin back so you'll be having Administrator for 1 week at the time your application is getting reviewed, So I'll stay until a later date.

Keith and I have been friends for over a year, and throughout our time as friends we've shared a lot of great memories as both being on the lead team and even competing for Community Manager. Keith really outshines his competitors for this position due to his vast experience and knowledge, and people skills. I don't condone the marijuana use, but if it helps Keith then good for him! A true Industry Magnate. KEITH will be sure to modernize the lead team and industrialize the South West in his journey throughout ZARP.
