I'm agreeing with clarky on most of his post, I for one was not happy with you while your SA with how little you actually done, i don't even play ssrp much, and i have seen you do way more than you use too. your doing good, if you continue doing the work as a HA then I have no issues, but I will always have the doubt that you may go back to doing nothing again.
