Im sorry but i don't think you are ready. I had to verbal warn you yesterday for disrespect so you might have a problem with your attitude still. I don't know at the moment but i will give my final verdict at the meeting. but at the moment.

You were given a chance to improve your attitude but you blew it. You need to learn to keep temper down, and just improve your attitude in general.

The fact that you instantly had what i'd call a light mental breakdown because people kept not supporting you, shows to me and others that you're emotionally/mentally not well. no, im not calling you retarded or some shit, im just saying what everyone else has said, you have problems with your temper and you really can't tolerate any criticism, even though most replies here are giving you constructive criticism. Also just remembered, couple days ago you were having an argument with someone on the server, think it was Enix, not too sure so dont quote me on that, and when the argument had ended about 5 minutes ago, you suddenly brought it back up. i don't have anything against playing with you because you can be quite fun to talk to ingame and shit, but when it comes to serious duties like being a staff member, i dont think you're ready.

You have what it takes, you just seem give the wrong reactions to people when they don't support you.

If you fix your attitude in the slightest, you'll be ready.
