I will be agreeing here with what others have said involving you ignoring F1's

I've had moments where i have logged on S3 to see a fair amount of F1's not handled and NOT being handled, with you being 1 of the staff members online.

S3 if you do the f1's as they come in, you will get 30+ f1's in 1 night, as Mix3rz has proven before with something around 70 f1's from just S3 in a night.

Until i personally see improvement i will not be giving a PlusSP

I don't seriously see you do that many f1s tbh
