Onion... I like you. As a person. As a staff member, though, I personally feel like you're overestimating yourself. Massively. Your activity on the forums is questionable at best, and although I've seen you helping out as a staff member I've mostly only seen it this week since you applied. The weeks prior to this I have only seen it happen occasionally, if at all.

I have already voiced my concerns about you as a staff member once before publically right here on the forums months ago, although that is probably a post you have overlooked. I personally believe you are not even close to as good a staff member as you might think you are. Overruling punishments without speaking to the staff member, for example, as well as improperly dealing with issues and confrontations. Showing very little respect for other people's opinions that do not abide your own and in turn showing no respect for them as a person. You have also made some relatively hypocritical statements in the past.

What I wrote roughly two months ago still holds true: you need to get that stick out of your ass. You keep swinging the power rod around like it actually means something. Although I can understand this to some extent, there have been cases where I cannot. A good example of this is you overruling my decision as a Super Administrator about a report months ago. I decided to deny the report, as I was fully within my right to do, and without even speaking to me you unlock the post and say you will handle it. If you overrule another staff member's decision you should always discuss it with them first. Your powers are there to help the users, yes, but if you use them on your other Lead Team members without showing any respect to them as people then you can only expect a similar treatment back.

I have no quarrel with you, so don't take anything of this personally. As far as your attitude on the forums goes, it is more than good enough. I'd just like to see you help out more than you normally do, which is the primary reason why you will not get my vote this Sunday. Look at Clarky, for example: he has a good activity on the forums every single day, he has helped in countless of situations and he has been looking through deleted posts from people that have broken TOU to decide whether or not it is fitting to ban them. Sure you might have been Global Moderator for roughly the same time as he has but that is besides the point completely.
