Anyway, I do feel you should wait until 1 month before applying. As you got accepted 2 weeks and 2 days ago.

This has also been an issue that I have noticed. You are the best person for this role at the moment but your really need to improve your activity to what it was like when you were a admin. And I also believe you should wait until you have been an S.A. for at least a month. You are the best candidate so wait a little longer and get your activity back up and you will be good. But then again is there any need for another HA? If you believe so then I wish you the best of luck
