Not a coincidence at all, the smart staff members go on the server to check peoples recent punishments, and how they act on the server before giving their verdict, while some not as smart staff members, just post their opinion without getting any intel about the person beforehand lol.

Maybe those "not as smart staff members" realise there is an edit button and put their initial opinion on them and change it during the week. Maybe those "not as smart staff members" were unable to get on the server so they wrote as far as I am aware. I'm pretty sure you were only un-community banned recently so how can you know that everything she does is wrong?

Stories, videos, the way she was acting on the forums, etc

As was shown on the server 2 people got banned and 1 got kicked for many reasons including disrespect, if you did not retaliate then you would not of been banned. You cannot blame anyone else but yourself for this.

As I said I handled it and you were in the wrong as well as everyone else involved, if you proceeded to ignore them rather than instigate the situation to a higher level this could of been avoided. If you think about it, your ban wasn't as harsh as the ones given to the other participants.

well only 3 people commented on my app and then i had to wait around 4 or 5 days when i actually got warns and then people read my app.

Personally I wanted to see how you were ingame before giving any feedback, you managed to get yourself warned for the easiest rule to follow, not only once, but 4 times showing that you're quite immature.

well, i never asked for 3 guys to talk rude of my family, telling me to kill myself and just calling me names.

I'm sure there was a staff member online helping out with that, seeing as you got warned, don't take matters into own hands it's only gonna make it worse

well the staff member didn't really do much if you ask me.
they other guys were being racist in voice chat and they were barely gaged.

Also may I add the guy who was being racist in voice chat got perm banned if you were paying attention.
