What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He warned me for the reason of innapropriate profile pic and he didnt give me enough time to change it because its was difficult for me while i was playing and then i got banned for 3 days....

He clearly banned you for 11+ recents, not for something having to do with your profile picture. Care to show us your profile picture, by the way? So we understand why he warned you for it.

you didn't respond to that after they left it for a good couple of minutes to allow you to change it.

i was playing man i would have changed it after 1 minute... i didnt want to get warned.... but he could give me one minute more couldnt he?

can you also please check how much time was it between he told me to change it and the ban giving??
