I've spoken with him regarding both situations, as for the building signs it was an honest mistake even I have forgotten I had building signs up after building for a while I will inform him to be a bit warier in the future regarding minor mix-ups. As for the first video I've spoken to him about the situation and how it should've been handled. I will be accepting this report and have corrected him on his actions as I saw fit and this should not happen again in the future.
