RDM'd by killing me outside of the base he was raiding that I had not interacted for over 3mins

6 minutes but NLR shows 1:10 on the base location you sure?

Hello, after speaking with Wizard this doesn't sound like RDM. Both of you had NLR, and were in the raid, you were known to be basing there, once Wizard's NLR was over and yours was over, he killed you as he was raiding.
