What did the Staff Member(s) do?: He pulled me up on the roof and tried to say i rdm'd even though i didn't.

What server(s) was this on?: server 1

Extra Information: He also threatened to mute me for being cocky. That's just plain wrong.

-Update I was just informed about rule 5.3 I was holstering the weapon so i didn't lose it as u can see he did pick me up as i picked it up 5 seconds later

my RP experience was ruined in the process

This is in no way wrong, and Coutinroy and I have agreed on this outcome as it seemed the fairest, he tried in no way to ruin your experience you just broke the rules and he picked you up for that, got confused about the wrong thing and let you go. Yet your attitude was still horrible and you still broke a rule. He wouldn't even know about your M202 and I'm sure he doesn't give a crap about it either.
