Channel - (Which channel was this in?) Chat room 1, 2 and 3

Time and date (CET) - (When did it happend?) 25.05.2017 00:24 norwegian time

Other comments - (Anything else you want to add?) N/A

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) "9 - Don't follow people around channels, even if it's a public channel. If they move, you don't follow them unless they want you to." And falsely banning B4nQk0k

Story - (What happened?) So me and B4nQk0k were getting ready to play some late night games and have some fun chats on teamspeak, when suddenly Onion joines on his main account, we tell him to leave, which he does, and then he returns on his main again, then we left to go chat room 2, since he didnt stop following us, then B4nQk0k used a VAC "virtual audio cable" and played some calm music.

Then Onion joines on his alt called "Johnny" and we wondered who joined, so I checked and noticed it was Onions alt, so I said "its onion" and Onion left, about a minute later he falsely banned B4nQk0k for "MicSpam / Soundboard"

When he didnt even use a soundboard, he used a VAC, playing pretty chill music in a room with only me and B4nQK0k in...
When did he even micspam? How? lol...

And did he use a soundboard? lol no its a VAC...

And the fact that he is so obsessed with us, that he gets his alt on to follow us around, is fucking disgusting...

since when is playing music in a closed off room with 2 good friends so important, that u need to come and ruin the fun, pretty sure B4nQk0k didnt have a recent ban either, legit Onion, go to bed or smth, instead of ruining peoples fun...

Hmm i hae to agree to some extent here... Onion in the rules it states you can play music if all people in the channel agree to it. If it was only them in the channel they could have played music. They were before you joined on main or alt. banning him was wrong i think maybe a telling to stop or something but i don't see why you had to try so hard to catch someone doing something they can do? it was not mic spam and they both agreed to it.. maybe not demotion but someone need to speak with him.

TBH, can i ask, how hard is it, to click on the 2 designated channels, specifically put there to play music ?. Soundboards, and general playing sounds down the mic, in channels not set for that use, got WAY, WAY out of hand. In my opinion, the rule clearly states, no soundboards, and no mic spam. Yeah but you CAN play music in a room if all people agree to it, so Onion is in the wrong here not us...

It was only me and klap in the channel so there was basically no point in joining the music room as it was just us there, untill onion joined with his alt and ruined our night
