What did the Staff Member(s) do?:

Mass RDM, shows a consistently bad attitude and refused to take any sort of responsibility for his actions. The first part is the actual mass RDM, the second part shows how the users affected were annoyed by it (one made an F1 and another said this was a normal occurrence), and the third part shows his bad attitude/refusal to take responsibility.
Specific rules broken:

2.1 Random Deathmatch x5 - In order to kill a player, you must have a role-play-valid reason to do so. Crossfire is not an excuse to shoot someone around the area of where you're shooting / raiding .

5.5 Shops x1 - Do not raid shops unless they have another door/fading door other than their main entrance, or have raidable entities in their shop.

Context:

2.1 Random Deathmatch - There were multiple, very clear cases of RDM.

5.5 Shops - He used the fact that there was no RP House sign as an excuse, but even if it was a valid raid, he still RDMed multiple people near it.

I've noticed a similar pattern that Emmit showed since he got the position. Whenever faced with an accusation he goes on the offensive and starts saying things he shouldn't say. He should definitely be approached and spoken to about his actions with the RDMing, but what I'm more concerned about is his response to these sorts of things whether he's right or wrong. Hello Sorle,

After speaking with Emmitt he agreed on what he did at spawn. But the first two kills he got wasn't RDM as Emmitt states that they asked him to drop the bomb beside them. But when he through it into spawn he had no reasoning behind doing that and he ended up killing two people. But he still Rdmed x2 and raided that shop in which are rule breaks. He takes full
responsibilities for these actions and has promised it will no happen again. However, with the amount of rules broken this will be brought up in the LTM.
