TOPIC: Ban Request on Ascenda

Name - Ascenda
Steam-ID - forgot to get it

Time and date (CET) - 1:30 pm
Other comments - Was using an alt/friend to place hits which he then later repayed the money.
Reason - 2.8
Story - I was mining and I saw Ascenda become hitman so I holstered and waited for him to come kill all miners. Sure enough he drove up in less than a minute and killed me first. He then proceeded to kill every miner .

Now on a more serious note, unfortunately Kranked what he did was not against the rules. That's a way to kill the miners. I find it really weird that Ascenda does it since he mines more than anyone else and will now probably have hits placed on him for payback, but it is not against the rules. Would be interesting to see if he placed them with his alt, which could be considered abusive, but if it was another player on TS with him (most likely scenario), it's legal.

Even if he did that wouldn't it be breaking rule 2.8?

Best you can do is get his steamid or steam name and everytime you see him mine, you do the same. This is the only legal way to kill miners.

This method of killing miners is one of the only legal ways to kill the miners for a valid rp reason (A hit). Unless he did infact bribe them no rule here was broken.

Damn this really feels like something that just shouldn't be allowed. It is such a scummy tactic imo. He is making people lose 10 mill for no reason.
