Broke NLR and wouldn't leave.

Evidence:

He warned me when I proptrapped him for banter and he told me to stop rulebreaking and not joke around. Then he broke rules himself and wouldn't stop nlring. I don't care if they were trolling but it's still a rulebreak.
Please, more mature Staff please.
