The sign said KOS if not in car, You were let into the district up until we saw that you owned your own car, meaning you had no real reason being in the district which granted us a reason to kill you, The sign itself regarding the KOSing cops I did not see, for the entirety of the raid I was inside of the base and did never step out. i was literally turning around to leave the district, and got rdmed in your face, the reason it was rdm is because i was NOT kos worthy, as i never left my car, there was nothing about that i need a reason just KOS IF NOT IN CAR, so i was never eligible for KOS

Thats where you are wrong just because the kos line didn't specify that if you are in your own car it KOS does not mean you are exempt from it.

At the end of the day, we owned the district and the only reason we are not allowed to KOS everyone inside is because of the scrapper NPC, since you had no intention of using it granted you KOS.

The kill was valid.

The thing is you cannot own the district anyway because it has the NPC in it or you have to make room to get to it. You cannot KOS anyone for going into the district that means because they "could" be using the NPC!	DEADMONSTOR Offline Former Owner Posts: 9276 Thanks received: 3800 Karma: 80

I have spoken to KapiJam, and after discussing, we came to the conclusion that, the sign wasn't Kapi's to begin with and he also didn't know knowledge of the cop KOS section. The KOSing people outside cars didn't really break any rules, they let people in to use the car scrapper, thus following the rules. However I will talk to Jabbe about the sign as that did break some rules. Thanks for the report though!
