telling someone that their app is being reviewed is NDA due to the fact that no one else out of the meeting would be able to know that only the people inside the meeting can know this. Hello Bigwhal,

After reviewing your report and the evidence that you have supplied, and speaking with the staff member in question, I have decided that the following action will be taken:

I will speak to Gody about breaking NDA, no further action will be taken unless it happens again, as it was the first time and not a very major breach of NDA. I have looked into the allogations of him being staff on other servers, and have come to the conclusion that Gody left that community a little while ago.
