Reason - Rejoining to avoid raid.
Story - This person was constantly mentioning his pd district base, so I decided to raid him and I did. I was just placin my c4's
and then he came, saw the damage, looked at me like idek and proceeded to just rejoin the server and place the base again.

I have reviewed your evidence and decided to Deny this! There is no rule against leaving to avoid being raided! He is the one that will lose his printers/drug labs.
