I want SA or higher to handle this because last answer I got didn't make sense since its a public place and you own the inside of the doors not outside. Also mutants spawn there. If the tunnels counted as his base he can kos everyone.

Reason - Killing without a valid rp reason
Story - I scanned his base then walked near it and got shot.I asked over 5 staff member only answer I had was that you can not kill someone for scanning your base

Is it really that bad? Honestly there is no reason for a warn or a ban in this case..
