I am sorry? You think i would let a moderator break a rule that simple? I was handling other things at the moment and you can just make a report on the forums (with clear proof) or make a F1 wich you didn't?

1. Gamer never said anything to me 2. I wouldn't refuse to an admin 3. I wasn't breaking nlr when speaking to you and the other person

He has denied that he broke nlr and you have no valid proof of him breaking nlr

I don't believe that is enough proof because there is no valid proof of him actually breaking NLR. Also even if you had enough proof.. a demote request just for breaking nlr? I mean I would understand an official warning but yeah..
