As I see the situation, xxmasterxx posted on an alt after he was unbanned, so he was breaking the TOU meaning the ban is valid.

Now he's stuck in an awkward situation.

your original ban was for the constant posting of inappropriate Borderline nearly sexual content.
You then decided to spam the forums with alts which got you permanently banned.
For the last 4 ish days you have been posting on this account Breaking TOU mulitple times.
Causing un needed drama Un constructive posts and being offensive towards people.
this all goes together with that you were banned
You made an unban appeal trough the contact form and you failed to mention that you were currently on an alt account.
You had all the time to tell us about you were using an alt account But we had to find out about you being on an alt instead of you coming to us.
After you made your appeal that is the point where you should have stopped posting on it to show that you really wanted to change. Yet you still continued to post on it and cause un needed drama.

After your unban i find out you were hiding on a alt for 4 days. Clearly shwoing you are not ready to be unbanned yet.
THAT is why i banned you because you think you can play the system and get away with it.

IF it where for me you would stay permanently banned

It is now up to ChuteUK EMP & Tyler to keep you banned or unban you.
Because there is in no way i am giving you another chance.

Thank you for your report. There appears to have been a misunderstanding and xxMasterxx has now been unbanned, hopefully he does not create any further alt accounts.
There is no need for a demotion in this case.
