If i was planning to or not is irrelevant, i didn't shoot at him so he had no reason to shoot me.

You continued shooting at the car after you killed the rdmer, I questioned why you shot them as if it wasn't raiding them, it was rdm too, but I would assume you raided them, thats why it's relevant.

Having checked his recent warnings I have learned that he is already serving a ban which has another 15 hours on it.
