Story -I was raiding these two guys in this house near a bank and I thought the district should change because its not in the bank and then while I was raiding I killed 2 guys and 1 of them nlred and killed me while I had my gluon gun

This proof shows that he was using the logs to confirm his evidence and didn't even bother asking those 2 guys for evidence when they were clearly breaking the rules infront of him and said that I deserve that to happen to me

As I said, and did deal with the one who broke nlr to kill you.
I took into account the fact that you broke nlr, he had no warnings and by the logs that he atleast attempted to wait out nlr; unlike you who went back in a matter of seconds and tried to raid them again. Rip that gluon...

The fact that I used logs makes no difference, you broke nlr and you confirmed that yourself, I was merely using them to prove my point.
I ended up giving him a verbal as the person in question didn't have a warning in around 10 months.

Also, theres no need to call me a "faggot", that just sums up your attitude.

I really dont give 2 shits that you lost a gluon, and I will not instantly warn them because you lost something due to your own stupidity (breaking NLR)
And as for me not asking them for evidence, they had none, they told me the story and so i took you to a roof alone; leaving them to RP.

TBH in the first few minutes i had enough evidence from what is said from jenga alone to say no warning would be given for these reasons.

BOTH sides do not match
1 player is saying killed in base, OTHER is saying in bank.
2. logs can not be used as evidence for everything, as vital information is not supplied in them.
3. Logs stating the district as UNKNOWN, so you can not use that as evidence for which district it is.

I would also point out, jenga your handling of that sit near to middle through end was not the best.
you clearly stated at one point "You've had enough of his shit" well 1. that is something that is not needed to be said.

Further more, you had that sit going in that players base, which can lead to many issues, such as being killed in that sit, therefore the first thing you should have done was go to a roof.
on top of that, you clearly only wanted 1 person in that sit, and not ALL who where involved, and while watching it, I personally would have felt that you was going to be bias, and not attempt to warn the other player for NLR, however in my personal opinion, NO warn should have been given here, as not enough evidence was showed or supplied.


I would also like to point out that PM done in chat, no offence but, anything disrespectful in anyway shape or form, should NOT be on the server.

Oh also Jenga, how does "Unknown" mean, "You killed them in their base" ???
I never knew that was the definition of Unknown, i personally thought it meant, "Not knowing, OR not in the range of knowledge/strange".
