I have to agree that cdm rules on the server suggest you technically can nlr anyone in the street, but San is deliberately hitting people on both the streets, sidewalks, and even car lot. How can people avoid getting hit when they spawn practically next to the street and afk there.

As el une spodermun said, the rules says u must actively avoid killing players. But this only applies on server 1. But it was clearly a obvious cdm on purpose.

As i see it in the video you were standing on the road and so other people can run you over as long as your not on the pavemnt or grass. This rule does not apply to server 1 but it does to both server 3 and 2
