Reason - (What rules did the person break?) Mass prop trap/block
Story - (What happened?) Chow has mass prop blocked and spammed for a very long time to many players, these are the screenshots I did get of him.
Proof - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)
