Other comments - Excuse the recording I had to render it weirdly. Also I wouldn't usually report someone as warnings don't bother most people, but he is vip and shouldn't do this.
Reason - Prop-block?
Story - We were defending our base, & a "Swat Sniper" while raiding us, decides to place a prop down, in order to stop us from shooting him. He also was prop spamming last night. (Ask if you'd like me to upload it)
