Other comments - I think a ban for 4320 minutes (3 days) would be appropriate.
Reason - Disrespecting the Zarp servers.

Story -
He was on the server (Deathrun 2) and begging for points the whole time.
I said him 3-4 times to stop (im a nice mod) but he doesnt so i warned and slayed him for that.
Then he gets angry i think and posted the following: (look spoiler)

Someone who says something like that dont like to play here obviously.
So i think a ban for time X (perma ban maybe too hard) is the right choice.

Kiara has been doing this to the two servers, only thing he is doing is begging in the servers.

a kick isnt enough. A kick is just to make him stop.

You warned and slay for some odd reason. You then kicked him. What's the point of a ban if you punished him accordingly to how you felt was necessary?

The punishment was for the Point begging.
Only the kick was for the Zarp direspect but just because i cant ban as a mod but i had to do something.
But for me this is a ban reason so i appealed.

If he disrespected, you could have warned and gagged/mutted. If he rejoined the server to remove the effects, then yes it can be a ban worthy. You type this in your moderator application for crying out loud.

I got your point walrus, but it wasnt a "normal disrespect" against me or other players, it was one against Zarp.
So i think we need to show more Flag here. But lets see where this leads. Salute!

Look I ain't stopping you from continuing this ban request. I only abide by the ban request at hand, I read his comment and the evidence; that's what my posts are relying on. To the people that post stuff against the so called Kiara Senpai, I never seen him and I'm not a futurist.

If he continued during a large time duration, then yes a ban is welcome. Constant rule break is bannable.

You could have mutted and warned him and I stand correctly by my last post. Then next map change if he persists, contact an admin.

Has no one noticed that he slayed him for point begging?
Would a simple mute/gag not work?

If he doesnt like the server then he simply wouldnt play on it. Obviously he was mad for some reason and a gag/mute would have solved this problem.

I have played with kiara senpai, he/she was very disruptive over and over, even after punishments
