What did he do?: Me and a friend were driving around the map when eVerso and someone else were in the road. I couldn't avoid him as it is difficult to drive, I had recently bought the car and I was still getting used to it so he died. He then teleported me to a roof where he froze me and told me he is giving me a warning. Although it wasn't my fault, I said "okay, fine." and walked off the roof to go to my friend. He then teleported me back to the roof and he gave me a second warning for "Walking away from admin situation" which I didn't understand as the situation appeared to be over. I said that he is abusing his powers and out of annoyance, I shot him and disconnected. I realise that I shouldn't have done that, I should have contacted another admin or mod but my temper got the best of me. After I shot him, he also gave my friend a warning for "RDM" even though my friend didn't do a thing. After some minutes, I joint back and suddenly, I was given a 3 day ban. Later on, a different friend of mine joint the server and requested to speak to him, eVerso took my friend to a roof where my friend was making a case and questioning him about my unfair ban. eVerso just ignored him and disappeared, leaving my friend.

Evidence: I do not have physical evidence but three other players in my gang can vouch for me and you can see that eVerso has been reported multiple times for abuse of his powers.

Eye witnesses don't count bud.

+support he has abused me several times and I do not tolerate such behaviour, hope something will be done about this not just a simple sweettalk but demotion to community banned user

You should wait after he does /back.
Also if its hard to drive then don't drive

It's ridiculous, if you look at the other topics in Report Abuse, there are several about him. He is only 12 years old and isn't mature enough to have this responsibility.

He is not one of my friends but he knows what he is talking about. The amount of complaints is enough proof to show that you are being unfair.

Maybe so but other admins will start to realise despite the lack of proof. I saw in another post that you warned someone for "asking for help from an admin", he had proof.

Here's my opinion.

eVerso did nothing wrong here. You walked away from an unfinished situation, where he is able to make it finished or not and you can't.
Killing him and leaving is a result of a day or two ban, so you deserved that punishment.
If you find it difficult to drive, I suggest you either stop driving the vehicle, or practice your driving skills in a less densely populated area, or drive extremely slow.
As mentioned, witnesses don't count, video or screenshots do.
eVerso here is only being slightly more harsh than the other admins, if you want to change his actions, I suggest you talk to one of the super/head admins or speak to him yourself, but he has done nothing wrong so far.
