Story - This is the second time Icy has done this, and admittedly it won't be his last.
Basically Icy calls everyone to the fountain to say he has a million dollars to drop, everyone then spams "E" to grab it. He drops nitro and it ends up killing everyone around him. I didn't say anything the first time he did this, but now it's ridiculous. I ran over to make sure he was the one who dropped the nitro to be sure he was the one I should talk to. The second I get there, I see him drop it, it blows up killing everyone around. Addressing a second matter, he was a citizen while he did this.
