i wouldn't count saying "nword" as loopholing racism

with something as simple as this, as staff yourself, it's much easier to keep it private and send it directly to a LT member, as to prevent drama.

Hello, Just to clarify this was unintentional i didn''t actually know that was loophole because i legit sat this morning with david and other staff when people were saying that to eachother and nothing happend

Also yesterday people were saying it when other staff were online again then Nothing happend, I don't even understand this shit anymore fml

I dont see anything wrong. Just cuz he said 'nword' it doesnt mean hes loopholing, its u whos racist lole.

Saying n-word counts as loopholing. Everyone knows and understands which word you mean, which is exactly what loopholing entails. We use it as examples in situations but that does not mean we're allowed to just throw it around, because then we might as well use the word itself (which isn't allowed).
