I've talked with Philips and came to conclusion to accept your report.
Philips was unware that you cannot punish for Spamming doors, he now knows what he had done wrong and will not do it again. No more actions will be taken.
Your punishment will be removed as soon as possible, thanks for taking your time to make a report.
