Sorry, but you will not be refunded for a rulebreak. The person who scammed you will have to give the item back to be unbanned, but until then you will not be refunded unless someone is kind enough to give you their own scope boost. I banned the user that scammed Ufu, told him he can make an appeal on the forums to get unbanned!
