i said nignogery in teamspeak and he gagged me for racial slurs prior to this i said randomly curry muncher in game which i received a verbal for and then 10 minutes later was gagged.....

I gagged you for calling Bhavya Indian then saying "currymuncher" which is often used as a racial slur for Indians, not for what you said in Teamspeak.

I have spoken to the staff member and have decided that they did nothing wrong ingame, you called Bhavya a "curry muncher" then said that his dad and him owned a curry shop which is racist. You can appeal the punishment.
