Hello. There were no staff online on the TTT sever and TehWither (new Mod) was RDMing me. Steam ID in screen shot chat box: STEAM_0:0:5110303B As you can see as well in the screen-shot Harry RDM Squatta™ (My Dad) just leaves. 1. Damage logs: 2. Damage logs: There were two people un id, so 4 poeple would have been alive for him. Just trying to keep the server safe. And as sally has mentioned for us to accept proof of steam id it has to be through typing "status" in console (`) and then screenshoting that instead. However since this is a staff member and not a user steam id is not needed.

The SteamID proof you have currently provided is not good enough, as you could have copy and pasted anyone's SteamID in chat.A video of you copy and pasting their SteamID would be valid though. If this is a staff memeber then most likely he wont lie about it and admit that he is not frammed here. What Miia said, basically. Proof isn't needed for staff because you can easily see that it is indees that staff member from other things in the game (e.g. the moderator tag next to their name in chat). As this person has not yet received his rank we cannot be sure it is actually him.

I could easily set my name to Raeker on my alt, give it admin, set the avatar as yours and then start banning everyone from there and without proof of SteamID, a report could be accepted against you for no reason.
SteamID proof is important, and I'm still unsure of why it isn't on the staff report abuse template.

This is indeed something that crossed my mind as well, but in such a situation the logs can be checked when the actual staff member eventually denies all accusations.

Then why not add proof of steam id as a part of the report abuse template :thinking:
