TOPIC: deathrun demote request

What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Inactive, just fucking staff for that golden badge buddy

What server(s) was this on?: Deathrun

Evidence:

This isn't needed, lead team are meant to be aware of a staff's inactivity.

Also AEK made an inactivity post a while ago or at least notified members of staff.

As Cranky is not a Deathrun Lead Team member he is not allowed to lock demote requests. Unlocked and moved to the correct section.

He is right, though, these reports aren't exactly needed.

He isn't really helping the server and there are better applicants currently that would do a better job then him

These are bought up in LT meetings, you need to understand that and as staff (to Cranky's words) we are able to see the activity of our staff members. Aek also made an inactivity post here.

You are able to speak to the LT about ones activity but consider if they are not active, at least check if there is a post then if not it can be bought up in the LT meeting.
