TOPIC: [Official Speaking To Request] xxmasterxx

First of all I would like to state we did get some LT responses, but nothing official in ,my ears, that is why Im making this report.

Time and date (CET) - (When did it happen?) The incident was brought to my attention at about 6:20pm EST

Reason - (What rules did the person break?) 4.24 Water - No storing entities or basing under water. The nuke was in the water, yet was not fully submerged. Possible Loophole
Story - (What happened?) So I got on S3 to give a offline warning to a player that had a warning request on the forums. While I was on, I was overlooking chat and there was a good amount of arguments stating that the nuke that got disarmed was in the water, so I started to investigate.
First, I questioned who it was and it was XxmasterxX, who was previously nuking illegally on s1, yet he was only told that it was not allowed. Second, I knew the location since I based around there a couple of times and knew that the entire canal in Suburbs is water, then I let Master know and the rest of the server that I think the location is not allowed since it is in water either way
After that, I contact a lead team member, in this case, its Joey Recon, and he states himself that the location is not allowed, along with Max, but then I hear that Chute and EMP saying that it is allowed.
I want a confirmation on if this is allowed or not.

Its still in water, even if its not submerged. Im waiting for a LT to let me know, no need to be so toxic.

In my opinion, rule states entities In the water, not "Submerged", that is in the water, so in my eyes, i see it as a rulebreak.

After telling him not to do it in a crouch only spot on s1 clearly it wasnt enough.

Its fine, the rule is for stuff that is completely underwater mainly because the underwater overlay can make stuff really hard to spot. But something like this that is totally visible and sitting in the water would be completely fine. The rule says under the water not just sitting in it.
