Story/Situation -
I was in a Zarp Event (Quad Bike Event) recently and I was trying to ram someone of the edge and I missed them and ended up in this position (seen below in image).

I didn't mean to get stuck there and it was an accident. But the admin TheXnator quickly started making claims that I was exploiting and said that he would slay me if I didn't kill myself in 10 seconds. I was stuck in this position, so I couldn't even kill myself if I wanted to. But it's ironic how he asks me to decide between killing myself and getting the slay.

Anyway. After this, I was a bit annoyed at him for slaying me for that. I complained to him about how I thought it was unfair and then he muted me.

After being slayed and muted he then went on to warn me for his claim that I exploited during the event/disrespect.

After being slayed, muted, warned and disrespected, he continued to make things worse and froze me, then started to lecture me about how I was exploiting and if I don't like it, to take it to the forums.

Just here to request that I can have my warn removed as it was abuse. I personally consider it abuse and unfair for an admin to slay, mute, warn, disrespect and then start freezing and lecturing you after you complain. Is this how we want ZARP?

Extra Information - I'm just annoyed how it had to get to this point.

Can't use kill commands in events I thought that was common knowledge and if you can't move he should've just slain you rather than giving you a warning if it was purely an accident. I was not planning on warning him, as I thought this might have been the case, however due to the fact that there was constant disrespect, and the way that he explained it / the way it looked put me under the impression that he was intentionally trying to win the event through exploiting.
I would be happy to have the slay removed from your rapsheet, so that it does not get taken up in the future, however you were being constantly disrespectful, and so those punishments should remain

I have discussed the situation with Xnator to see his side of the story and decided to deny this report. The slay was very valid as you were exploiting in the event, whether it is intentional or not. You started disrespecting Xnator using chat as I was told, as well as players by using disrespectful textscreens. I will discuss the removal of the warning however, with a Head Admin, as I believe it was not needed given that you had already been given a slay for exploiting and a mute for disrespecting. Thank you for your report!
