What did the Staff Member(s) do?:We were in a chat where the victim was saying i RDMED him however i knew this was not true, the victim said that he had a recording of it so we were waiting for him to upload it and send us it. I'm not sure if DrConor is lazy or something but he always seems to want to close cases, he then started telling the guy he had to report me on the forums for a simple report that should've been sorted in game. I then was a little immature i admit but i started saying "LOLOLOL" because the way he just cut this guy off who was trying to get his recording made me laugh. As you can see in the proof section i'm not 3 years old so i said i would like him to show his proof so i could properly defend myself against the report, he then said he was reporting me not me reporting him. I understand what he means but i find it a bit childish as he is pretty much saying i should shut my mouth therefore i will leave with no punishment, however i was sure that i didnt rdm and was right and wanted to respond to his evidence in a mature and normal way. DrConor then closed the chat and continued to blank me (feelsbadman) Also right now "PSYCHO" who is his friend was saying something derogatory against transgender ("traps are super gay" "traps are gay") Which is extremely offensive, So i reported it, Drconor then cancels the report....... ? I also have screenshots of him saying traps are gay.

What server(s) was this on?:Zarp ttt

Evidence: - childish behavior and being unfair on the other guy - his friend calling traps gay would also like him banned as racism is a ban so why shouldnt sexism/derogatory statements
i have another screenshot of the derogatory statements but they are unneccessary and practically the same thing

out of respect i would rather Raeker not handle this

Racism being a ban is dependant on how many times they've said it and what context, if someone's said it multiple occasions then yeah, but if it's one time then it's a warn / mute / gag

I'll respect your opinion, just keep in mind that I do take a neutral look at all reports. Heck, I don't think I've ever even met DrConor, so I don't see why you'd have to worry for me being biased lol.

Obviously, that user should have been muted - the only question is whether DrConor intentionally didn't mute them or whether he just missed the messages. You say he canceled your report, do you happen to have proof of this? A recording preferably, unless you managed to quickly press the screenshot button the moment it got canceled.

He doesn't really know how to do his job in general.. he's also kind of saying transgender people aren't real people which is highly offensive.

saying traps are gay is not offensive cause it directed at something that is not human or living and i think this report is just uncalled for.
