Yeah your right I should have verbally warned you. I apologise for that, this is something I rarely do. This is the first time I haven't verbally warned people and if you need evidence of that just ask other staff members. I fully take responsibility and I am happy that you reported this and it was not someone else who would have not done anything about it. This could've definitely been dealt with in a more professional way. There were made no attempts to verbally warn you, which Sanchez also stated above that he forgot. I have spoken to Sanchez regarding this report, and I have reminded him to verbally warn people before he hands out any warnings.
