Yet again, you need figure out the bank is an active KOS area, he counter RAIDED the bank.

Not only did wizard false slay him imo but he should of teleported to him to talk to him. Even if he did that it would still e wrong as he did nothing wrong. Clearly it was a counter raid. Counter raids are allowed. I hate to see staff members get 'personal' as it always goes wrong. Makes the rest of us staff look bad.
