You are not allowed to place signs on places you do not own. Like in the vaults you do not own the place but you are allowed to place props

Please paste the rule, 4.21 Textscreens only states not to place them on other players houses or shop areas.

You can place an "RP House" sign on the mines if you have a dupe.
Hits can be claimed in a "RP House" as well as wanted people or people with illegals arrested, an RP House stops you from being raided for specific reasons but not things such as raiding to arrest a wanted person.

As for any raidables placed inside while there is a sign, the person who places something such as a charger or printer is in the wrong, and not the one who placed the sign.

You cannot raid the mines like a conventional base, yes you can kill a miner who has a printer in the dupe but as a charger has no identifiable owner then it's rdm, In Emmits case attempted RDM as he reduced the HP of those inside.

So this is my response to this app simply me shooting was a misclick i blew up the mine simply for the fact that me and Banana confirmed or he confirmed who is an admin that there was entities in the mine that count as raidable which classifies the raiding me shooting him was a misclick i shot him once and quit if i wanted to kill him i simply would have but i didnt because that was not the point of the raid the point of it was to blow up the entities which We did and simply left i have nothing left to say to this "Abuse Report" Simply Twas A Misclick And i even apoligized for it later in admin chat but im sure you didn't put that in the video thank you and have a great day

And also, no. It wasn't a misclick so stop lying. You said, and the proof is in the evidence, "I was going to kill him but I quit" or something along those lines, meaning it wasn't a misclick, you had intention to kill and instead stopped mid way through. I'm Simply Not Going To Argue With You Because I Know what my intentions were unless you can proof my intentions we blew up raidable items and left next thing is if i wanted to kill him i would have killed him several other staff members were with me when this went on So i see zero problem with this asylum you simply made this post because you are upset about the fact that a mine was legally raided because of raidables that WERE confirmed By another admin that was with me when he went inside the mine im not in the wrong here anyone who can clearly see this can see it was a misclick if i was going to kill him or if i had any intention to kill him i would have that was not the point of the raid This is my final response im going to not argue over something very petty because honestly i have better things to do if they wish to vote on it so be it but im not in the wrong and there are several others who will agree with me

Dude, If you listen to the video you clearly say "i only shot him once then i quit". That does not sound like something you say if you "misclick".

Hello Asylum, After speaking with Emmitt I have decided to deny this Report.

This is not in anyway demote worthy, after speaking with Emmitt it was a misunderstanding, he shouldn't of raided it as it had raid-able entities and should of used his powers as a staff member to destroy the Health Chargers but he didn't know that so he raided. He also didn't mean to shoot that Guy and said that he apologized in admin chat. Sorry for this issue and he has promised me this will not happen again.
