I mean handle this whole demote request since I already have spoken to Vego and he acted like a man and admit that he did it.

ah yes but it was very intentional and he knew he was breaking rules and so were his friends so he should be punished even if he admits it.

Honesty is a very good thing in my eyes. Anyways about that he did it intentional was not the case. He looked over the new rule since he only checks the big page of rules instead of the small edits made at the bottem. People can make mistakes, we all do and so do you. I already told him to look at the small edits for in the future as Well. Not going to post here anymore since it will only cause more drama.

Well he has no prior warnings for this, so this is classed as First offence.

Also, when this happened, Kris as he has said, told Vego that he broke a rule, Vego replied back to him confused not knowing it was, which is when he checked to confirm.

Vego didn't do this on purpose, and didn't even need to ACS to defend that base, as it was not successfully raided whats so ever, for 4 days.

Also i would like to point something out, You state he is clearly not fit for staff because he missed 1 rule, that was updated in recent times.
Like FFS, I as staff didn't know EVERY rule off by heart, I use to have to use the /rules to confirm some of them, and for me, the rule he broke was one I didn't know about as of recent, as i was told no one can shoot explosives in elevator and then updated to also include ACS in elevator.

On top of that, you also Ban evaded michael while staff.

In my opinion, all that's really needed is a talking to for a reminder, of that rule, unless he has been spoken to prior to this situation.
