Anyways if this is denied I'll make another one for Klap as I don't see why it should be. This ban is completely ridiculous.

Can someone please tell me why staff punish people who break the rules? Or why they are even there?

It is my understanding that rules are set in place to protect the average player's gameplay experience/rp experience, thus punishments given should be given when something hinders a player's gameplay/rp experience. If you can name even one person whos experience was hindered by him calling his friend black then by all means deny this however as far as I can see no one was offended/affected by it except people looking for an excuse to ban someone. And that would be if the statement was racist such as "you are black you can't swim" but the statement "you are black" is not racist in any way. If this isn't an absurd ban in your eyes then I don't know what is. Not to mention the subject of "kick for hacking, long ban for racism" still hasn't been addressed by any LT and of course not since how could they address such ludicrous logic. What has zarp come to...

Can you please explain what exactly is racist about what he said? I am %100 positive if klap said, "die in hell white man" you wouldn't of banned him, so what's the problem?

I've reviewed the evidence given and after talking with Skeleton I've decided to Deny your appeal and extend your ban to 48 hours.
You just came off a ban for racism and already being racist again. telling someone that he should go die in hell because of his "colour" is the definition of racism and I can't see why you're making a deal out of it like he abused.
Skeleton was within the right to ban you and so happend.
