Anyways, after looking at the messages, from what I can tell Xeronise looked at the appeal and figured that as far as the FailRP bit goes, Jalu did nothing wrong. Therefore the punishment that lead to his ban is invalid as no rules were broken - of course, if FailRP is against the rules (someone will have to clarify that for me, as I'm unsure), then Xeronise made a mistake. But nothing demote-worthy. He didn't help his "friend", he simply figured that because he didn't break any rules leading up to his ban he deserved another shot. If Jalu would have broken any other rule he would still have been banned.

That's how I see it, anyways.

I've spoken with Xeronise about handling appeals and advised that he attempts to make a clear agreement with the banning admin in most cases, however your attitude towards him did not help him in this case. It does not seem like it is clear bias to me, and Xeronise has said that he wanted him to be unbanned due to the warn leading to the ban being immensely minor and for the wrong reason, so Xeronise wanted to give him another chance to prove himself before a ban.
No action needs to be taken against Xeronise, he was merely trying to be far to nice to Jalu and had a fairer outlook in mind. In future, you need to also show a better attitude towards someone who disagrees with you, as Jalu has also told me that, on top of what I can see from the screenshots you have provided, you also used racial slurs towards him over Teamspeak when discussing the ban. This does not look like a biased staff member as far as I can tell, it is merely one who mishandled an appeal, which was dealt with by Onion overruling it. He has done nothing that is worthy of further action and had the best interests of everyone in mind.
