It's not a non RP area, you can RP up there. If it's a sit, you will probaly get tp'd down if you are disturbing it BECAUSE THAT'S BREAKING A RULE. You can't just go up to a roof and kill a dude and say "its non rp i can kill you".

Whoever told you that you are allowed to prop surf to build a base doesn't know what they're talking about lol. Of course you're not allowed to do that - aside from the fact it's in the rules, it also gives you an unfair advantage over other players. last time i checked anyways as long as you have a building sign you can cloak + noclip to build in your base, and if you get stuck with a building sign as a user you can use props to assist in precisionning and building the base.

Edit: lol just saw it said HA only. no idea why lol

Aslong as there is a building sign admins are allowed to no clip and cloak to build their base. It has been like this for some time and I do remember a certain CM saying that users are allowed to prop surf if there is a building sign.

I see no reason why they should. I believe I know which CM you're talking about and they said a lot of stuff and a lot of it turned out to be wrong lol

Whatever, apparently it's not the case here and even then I still could be wrong.
